Lowering Taxes will be accomplished by conducting a thorough budget review to identify waste, by identifying efficiency measures to streamline operations, to bring economic development to expand tax base, and by prioritizing spending.

The right to own property is central to a free society, and local government is continuously infringing on those freedoms. Reviewing zoning laws, building codes, and eminent domain rules and regulations at the county level will be essential to protecting our rights.

 Attracting business and industry will bring more jobs to Florida. To entice companies to operate in the state, we must create a business-friendly environment, promote the area's quality of life, and highlight the benefits of coming to Florida.

  Bringing better paying jobs involves creating an environment that is conducive to economic growth. By promoting workforce development and by partnering with educational and vocational institutions to develop a skilled labor force, we can bring these jobs to Florida.

Being surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean, the Gulf of America, and the Florida Straights means water is an important part of our identity. Protecting it requires a combination of individual actions and community-wide efforts. We are not going to just talk about it, we are going to take action.

Florida is a great place to live. We have beautiful beaches, activities for all ages, and exceptional communities from coastal living to country living. Let's keep it that way without making the cost of government to expensive.
